  • Secondhand Shadows: Three Oklahoma Encounters: Squatch Ranger Files: Episode 63
    Jan 1 2026

In this episode of Squatch Ranger Files, we examine three Bigfoot reports from the NOBRO (Native Oklahoma Bigfoot Research Organization) database, spanning multiple decades and regions of Oklahoma. Two of the encounters are secondhand accounts—often referred to as Class C reports—while one is a rare daytime Class A sighting along historic Route 66.From a late-night encounter in a rural Bryan County backyard, to a daylight roadside crossing in Creek County, and finally to a mysterious footprint discovered—and deliberately destroyed—near the Cimarron River in Kingfisher County, these cases highlight how fleeting encounters and human reactions often shape what evidence is preserved… and what is lost. This episode also takes time to discuss the importance of documenting Class C reports, even when details are passed down through family members or close friends. While information can fade, patterns remain—and those patterns are critical to long-term research. Book Shout-OutThis episode also features a shout-out to a recently released book that highlights Oklahoma Bigfoot research, including the work of NOBRO, southeastern Oklahoma, and the community of Honobia, Oklahoma—a location long associated with Sasquatch lore and investigation. • Squatch Ranger Files: Windows, Weddings, & Washed Away Tracks: EP 62
    Dec 20 2025

What happens when you encounter something you don’t yet have a name for?

In Squatch Ranger Files – Episode 62: Windows, Weddings, and Washed-Away Tracks, we bring you three eyewitness reports that span nearly 40 years, three states, and three very different types of encounters—each one quiet, unexpected, and unforgettable.

Our first report takes us back to Northern California in 1986, where a five-year-old boy wakes from a nap to find a massive, hair-covered figure hunched outside a glass door, its face pressed close to the window as it peers inside the house in broad daylight.

The second report comes from Washington State in 1998, when a bored ten-year-old wanders onto a golf course during a wedding reception and witnesses a huge, silent figure crossing a clearing between two tree lines—an encounter that wouldn’t fully make sense until years later.

Finally, we move into the present day with a 2024 footprint discovery in southeastern Oklahoma, where a father and son find large, faint tracks along the shoreline of Lake Eufaula—photographed, measured, and later washed away before a cast could be made.

These aren’t stories of people hunting Bigfoot.

They’re stories of people who stumbled into moments they never forgot.

If you’re interested in eyewitness accounts, quiet encounters, and reports that don’t rely on hype—this episode is for you.

  • The Wister Lake Vocalizations: SR Files EP 61
    Dec 2 2025

In this episode, we dive into a brand-new, extremely recent Bigfoot encounter straight out of Le Flore County, Oklahoma, near Wister Lake.

Our featured report, #171, comes from a man and his wife who were out preparing a hunting blind for muzzleloader season on October 25–26, 2025. What began as a routine morning in the woods quickly turned intense when they heard two distant howls, followed by a powerful scream just feet away. Moments later, a deep growl rumbled from behind them.

I interviewed the witness only one week after this occurred, and in this episode, you’ll hear the audio interview where he describes the encounter in his own words.

Along with this new Class B vocalization report, we also revisit several other fascinating sightings from the Squatch Ranger Files:

    • #149 – A man spots a group of Bigfoot walking single-file.
    • #150 – A man photographs what he believes to be a mother Bigfoot holding a baby from his car window.
    • #161 – A gripping encounter on Boktuklo Mountain.

Settle in, turn up the volume, and decide for yourself:

What’s roaming the woods around Wister Lake?
