Sheila Wilson’s guest is Debra Falzoi the founder of Dignity together. Debra spoke on the power and control of the people that are in charge and how it can affect the employee. The employee can feel threatened, the job is being minimized, lies are being told, and s/he feels s/he is being pushed out and doesn’t know why.  

The employee can get stress issues, psychological injury, and PTSD. They go to Human resource to complain about the incidents and finds out later that human resource does little or nothing. Where does that leave the employee? You will hear Debra speaks about how many employees feel threatened.
