They met while Erika was freelancing for Keystone Pictures where they had several opportunities to work in the field together. Her passion for storytelling behind the lens has allowed Erika to work on a myriad of projects, and in a variety of genres in the film and television industry. She has worked in reality television, documentary film and has worked for the NFL for many years! Erika and Jodi discuss navigating the industry as a female in a male dominated profession, the pros and cons of freelancing, developing a healthy work/life balance and how the evolution of technology has affected the film industry, especially in the camera department.
