  • When You Don't Feel Strong
    Jan 23 2026

Welcome back to Strong & Courageous. Not every day feels strong. Some days we wake up already tired, already unsure, already overwhelmed.

2 Corinthians 12:9 says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”

God doesn’t wait for us to feel strong before He works. He meets us right where we are.

Not feeling strong can look like a lot of things.

It can look like struggling to get out of bed because you’re emotionally exhausted.

It can look like facing another school day or workday when you feel discouraged.

It can look like trying to stay patient with your family when your energy is gone.

It can look like smiling on the outside while feeling worn down on the inside.

In those moments, God doesn’t ask you to power through on your own. He offers His strength in place of yours. When we admit we’re weak, we make room for God to carry what we can’t.

  • You Are Never Alone
    Jan 22 2026

Welcome back to Strong & Courageous. At some point in life, most of us experience people leaving—friendships change, relationships shift, or seasons end. When that happens, it’s easy to start wondering if God will leave too.

Hebrews 13:5 says, “God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’”

This promise speaks directly to our fear of being abandoned. People may leave us, not always because they want to, but because they’re human. God, however, is different. He does not walk away. He does not grow tired. He does not change His mind about you.

Sometimes we expect God to treat us the way people have treated us. But God’s faithfulness is not shaped by human behavior. His presence is constant.

You may feel alone because someone you trusted is no longer there. You may carry disappointment, grief, or unanswered questions. But even in those moments, God remains close. When others leave, God stays. When others fail, God is faithful.

People may leave, but God never will.

  • When Problems Feel To Big
    Jan 21 2026

Welcome back to Strong & Courageous. Have you ever faced a problem that felt bigger than you—something that didn’t have an easy fix, something that kept you up at night?

Jeremiah 32:17 says, “Ah, Sovereign Lord, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for You.”

This verse wasn’t spoken during an easy season. It was spoken when things looked uncertain and overwhelming. And yet, Jeremiah reminded himself of who God is before focusing on how big the problem felt.

Sometimes our problems feel huge because we’re looking at them too closely and God too distantly. But Scripture reminds us that the God who created the universe is the same God who cares about what you’re facing today.

When problems feel too big, it doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re human.

It might be stress at school or work.

    A broken relationship.

A decision you don’t know how to make.

Or a situation you can’t control.

God doesn’t promise that problems will disappear instantly, but He does promise that nothing is too hard for Him. He gives strength for today, wisdom for the next step, and peace even before answers come.

Your problems may feel big, but God is bigger—and He is with you.
