In episode 5, we tell the story of Navy Seal Jon "JT" Tumilson. An individual whose dedication to not only the service but also his family and friends is immeasurable. The inspiration he gives to everyone around him to better than they were yesterday, should inspire you to do the same. The workout created for Jon will test your cardio to the brink. It'll test you mentally and physically, but you will feel accomplished at the end paying with just a little sweat and time, and not forget how Jon made this world a better place.

In episode 4, we pay a tribute to Air Force SSgt Travis Griffin as we remember the dedication and selflessness as a military member and the lives Travis impacted as a father, son, and airman. The testaments given by individuals who knew him well make you what to strive for what Travis was like as a person it is truly inspiring and something you don't want to miss. The workout to honor Travis will test your running shoes. Like with most of the workouts they are simple, but it'll come to bite you if you are not careful. It'll test you mentally and physically, but you will feel accomplished at the end.

In this episode, we talk about Army SSG Donna R. Johnson, who tragically lost her life along with two others on their deployment.  We learn about Donna as a person and a soldier, but we also talk about the battle that her wife, Tracy had to fight during this tragic time. The Hero WOD dedicated to Donna is simple but can be deceiving with the sheer amount of reps that come along with it.  Remember is not about completing the workout, but keeping the fallen hero in your mind, body, and soul while you tackle these mentally and physically challenging workouts.
