That's how the brand was born when I started, but Covid definitely made traveling and therefore stopping in to some of my favorite small businesses and small batch bakeries to hang with some cool pastry chefs difficult to say the least. On this episode I am in Knoxville, Tennessee visitng Donut Shop Knox. Brian (great name), is the owner who invited me in to try some of their new flavors and old faithfuls.     Let's be honest, sweet treats are for everyone. My daughter, ColbSTAR, and her bestie and birthday girl, HailSTORM, hopped on the mics with me for this weeks episode. The giurls baked celiac friendly gluten free fudgey brownies so we can all celebrate together. We also had crumb cake and cookie cake...not gluten free, but they were nut free. How do you handle food allergies in your house?
