• Chauvin Trial - Final Thoughts
    Apr 28 2021

This is a quick layout of my thoughts post trial. It's a bit late due to some extenuating circumstances, but better late than never! Did you think Chauvin was guilty on all charges? Hope you enjoy.

Let me know what you think! If you have some ideas that I did not consider, I hope you'll reach out and we can discuss it.

  • Chauvin Trial - Week 1 Recap and Analysis
    Apr 5 2021

During this episode, I break down the first week of the Chauvin trial and what it meant to me. I watched each day to gather my own thoughts and to uncover what I found to be the most significant details.

I will admit, after week 1 of the trial, my mindset on the outcome has changed, and I'd encourage anyone that disagrees with me or has more to add, to connect with me.

    Question left to be answered

    1. If police had taken quicker actions, would it have made a difference to the end result? I look forward to further testimony to figure this out.

  • Censorship and Police Racism in America
    Mar 22 2021

During this episode, I talk with Brandon, host of Starting Nowhere Podcast. We discuss biases in politics, censorship, the media, as well as diving into the black experience in relation to policing.

I really enjoyed talking with Brandon. We did not agree on everything, but he is a very bright guy with interesting insights that are worth listening to and reflecting on.

    Questions we attempted to answer:

    1. Are people allowing their biases to control their decision making and how it relates to censorship?

    2. When looking at black America, what is the correct way to analyze it? Do we solely look at the statistics or is there a bigger story to be told?

Though these conversations can be difficult to have, often times, what is the most difficult is what is needed the most.
