The streets of Alderheart erupt into chaos as the party fights their way through waves of bandits. Along the way, they face down two of Humblewood’s most dangerous criminals and confront the traitorous Captain of the Perch Guard, now revealed as a Vixen Coalition commander.

Steel and fire clash atop the Great Tree, but in a harrowing moment, Thistlefoot is tackled off the edge of Alderheart, vanishing into the branches below.

As the dust settles, the rest of the party comes face to face with Frey, the elusive and deadly leader of the Vixen Coalition.

The true battle for Alderheart has begun.

The party sneaks into the Bird Council Chambers, determined to uncover proof that will turn the tide against the Vixen Coalition. They rifle through council members’ desks, uncovering guarded secrets—until a trap springs on Corvius’ locked drawer, forcing a tense and chaotic scramble.

Their intrusion doesn’t go unnoticed. Vellia the Violet Fang, one of Alderheart’s most notorious criminals, confronts them in a deadly clash of steel and cunning. Bloodied but unbroken, the party escapes with what they can, hoping it’s enough.

As Frey approaches, they send an urgent animal messenger, praying it will reach Calloway in time before Frey, the ruthless leader of the Vixen Coalition, meets with Shyla Den in what could become the city’s final betrayal.

In the quiet before the storm, they wait… and hope.

With the Ashen Rose’s hidden base compromised, the party and their allies make a narrow escape through secret tunnels, emerging in the ruins of Bramblewell, once a proud town beneath the Great Tree. Amid the crumbled stones, the Ashen Rose regroups, holding their first true council of resistance.

There, the party chooses to stand with Thorn, agreeing to a daring infiltration mission to uncover evidence that could sway the remaining noble families to their side—and against the Vixen Coalition, who now grip Alderheart in their claws.
