Meet Kate...Inspector Kate to be exact.  She's a home inspector.   She first dabbled with power tools in high school while building sets for the drama productions, but her niche has been working with houses.  Kate inspects houses that are put up for sale and determines what improvements are needed.  She is a wealth of information for both her clients and her Instagram followers.  If you're a rule-follower and like to do things by the book, this path is one to be explored...especially if you like construction.
