It may seem obvious or not but the magick of Egypt does have an iteration, or a version in India. You could also say they share a common language, to use a posh term, a shared ritual syntax. This idea of a ritual syntax within tantra comes from emeritus Prof Alex Sanderson, one of the most important names in tantric studies, although now retired. I was fortunate to study with him many years ago. Of course he was talking about certain practices within tantra. We can also apply this to the broader worldview, which is what i can do from the Egypt viewpoint. I’ve explored this in an earlier book on the Goddess Isis, and the strange journey she made from Egypt to the shores of South India, Kerala.
