About this listen

I never imagined that I would find myself navigating grief in this way. Losing my mother has been an experience beyond anything I could have prepared for, and it’s something I never thought I would face so deeply. This podcast is my personal space—an opportunity for me to process my emotions, to release the weight I’ve been carrying, and to try to make sense of this new chapter of life without her. It's not meant to be polished or professional; it's raw, unfiltered, and real—just a place where I can be vulnerable and speak from the heart. Through this journey, I’m hoping to find healing, but also to offer something of value to anyone who may be walking a similar path. If my words, my story, or my experiences resonate with even one person and bring them some comfort, strength, or understanding, then this space will have served its purpose. Grief can feel isolating, but in sharing, I hope we can find a sense of connection and a reminder that we’re not alone. Thank you for being here with me as I try to make my way forward, one step at a timeTawana Taylor Self-Help Success
