Philippos Aristotelous is a lawyer who until 2018 was leading the tax practice in the largest law firm in Cyprus. Then he switched to become a law firm management and leadership consultant and wrote a book about happiness.

  • kooperēšanos ar Lietuvu un Igauniju kā lielāku investoru magnētu;

  • nodokļos fokusam jābūt uz vienkāršošanu;

  • biznesa slēgšanai jābūt tikpat vieglai, kā izveidošanai;

  • efektīvāku kapitāla tirgus pārvaldi un pensiju sistēmas reformu; u.c.

I must confess that last year I implemented some of Shaun’s pricing methods and it really works well, in the sense that this way we achieve more of what the client really wants. I love what Shaun wrote on LinkedIn – the billable h is actively damaging the law (tax, marketing, etc) firm profitability, their people, and most of all - their client relationships.
