• Terpene Therapy #211: Picking Up The Hike Where We Left Off
    Feb 19 2026

This week is a stream of consciousness episode where I continue the hike from last time! I talk about a lesson that I've learned from not consuming cannabis, my hopes for a peaceful and unified future for our species, and we end the hike with heading to one of the bigger creek beaches along Floyd's Fork. It was a beautiful day outside and I'm glad I had the ability to capture it as well as a conversation with my own consciousness! I hope you have a good day whenever and wherever you happen to listen to this one! Next week I'll have an update on the Cactus!

  • Terpene Therapy #210: An Unexpected Conversation With A Similar Self From The Past and The Future
    Feb 12 2026

Today's episode was going to be focused on harm reduction + information about one of my favorite compounds: 2c-b. This is one of Alexander Shulgin's most prized creations and it deserves a bit of a spotlight on this podcast! However, I ended up running into to an unknown gentleman on what started about eagles and by a twist of fate, this episode turned into a full on conversation about living with the land, exploration through music, and everything in between.

    FOR AUDIO LISTENERS:

    harm reduction information 00:00 - 16:35

Conversation with a future self from a similar dimension 16:36-1:06:50

    Concluding Thoughts 1:06:51 - end

Full disclosure, no 2c-b was consumed in the making of this episode, I would never ever ever dream of doing such a horrendous crime against humanity. 2c-b is illegal after all ;-). But if it had been, this would have been on par for the magic that is contained within some psychedelic experiences. I've always felt that the visual/auditory effects are 10% of the experience and the real magic lies in the unexpected happenings and conversations that occur during the trip. After this conversation I was left with the sense that I had ran into myself but from the past and future simultaneously.

We are all of the great One, but there are fragments that are more similar to other fragments in the pool of unique expressions of the One. I felt like I found one of those fragments today.

Beyond that, I'm not sure quite what to make of this one, other than it was a unique experience. To quote The Dead "Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right".

  • Terpene Therapy #209: A Rare Snowy Hike With Sheba
    Feb 5 2026

This week I'm capturing a new trail and the rare snowy weather for my area with Sheba. She absolutely loves the snow and can't get enough of hiking out here! I also discuss some more of the dreams that I've been having since I've been battling the heavy sleep for the past couple of weeks. Sometimes I feel like human beings have a natural period of low energy during the winter.

I hope you are having a good day whenever and wherever you happen to listen to this chapter of Terpene Therapy!

  • Terpene Therapy #208: Low Energy Week + Dream Journaling
    Jan 29 2026

This week I've been hit with the curse of low energy which is a part of existing with bipolar disorder; I have always existed at some point along the sine wave. The lows can be just as bad as the highs although the highs can lead to making crazier decisions. When I'm low I just sleep a lot. So because I'm sleeping a lot, I might as well journal the dreams that I've been having. I hope you all are having a good week whenever and wherever you happen to listen to this.

  • Terpene Therapy #207: Therapy Update + The Body Keeps The Score
    Jan 22 2026

This week I've been doing some listening to an audiobook of The Body Keeps The Score that was recommended to me by the therapist that I'm currently working with! I'm on chapter 4 right now and decided to take some notes on how my experience with PTSD relates to the information provided in the literature. I still have some months left on my journey of integration before I get back to utilizing cannabis as a tool to enhance my quality of life, and I finally feel like I'm beginning to make some progress on the healing of my PTSD symptoms. Rather than just abating the suffering. I hope to be in a different place mentally and spiritually before I return to one of my favorite things in the world!

  • Terpene Therapy #206: Amanita Analysis / Muscimol Musings
    Jan 15 2026

This week I'm exploring a new compound that I haven't discussed on the podcast yet! Muscimol is an interesting compound with a unique pharmacological profile, it feels like a stimulating version of ambien with a slight variation on the visual auditory aspects. This compound is derived from the Amanita Muscaria mushroom and is worth exploring if you're into all of the potential experiences that our universe has created for our consciousness.

I've always been fascinated by what nature can produce and this experience reinforced that notion. As always please exercise caution and stick to doses of 10-50mg; if you must send it further please don't exceed 80mg of the isolated muscimol and have someone hanging out with you who is familiar with the compound.

  • Terpene Therapy #205: TBM Growth + A Jungian Hike
    Jan 8 2026

In this episode I'm back in the Trichocereus tent to show the progress on the TBM + the seedlings! There was a bit of sunburn and dehydration that occured when I got the flu a couple of weeks ago, and we're still in the process of healing that this week. I also go on the first hike of 2026 and discuss some of the philosophical ideas that have been floating around in my consciousness. Particularly the Jungian concept of the Dark Night Of The Soul. I first learned of this concept reading PIHKAL by Alexander Shulgin. If you haven't read this, erowid has a copy online of part 2 of the book. The full audio book is on Amazon and Apple Books if I remember correctly. I hope you all have a good day whenever and wherever you happen to watch this.

  • Terpene Therapy #204: Sowing The Seeds Of Trichocereus Phenos
    Jan 1 2026

This week we're back in the tent to sew some new seeds and introduce some more new life into the tent! It's a rather sad week otherwise and I don't have much else to say unfortunately. I greatly appreciate the continued support of the Terp Team through these trying times!
