In the second episode of The Gathering Shore, Reegan interviews Daniel Delacruz. Each episode guests share what is impacting their lives. In episode two Dela shares with us Kitchen Confidential,  Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain. We talk about all things culinary from Saveur (saveur.com @saveurmag ) to Howard Mitcham's Creole Gumbo and all that Jazz, La Technique An Illustrated guide to the Fundamentals of Cooking by Jacque Pepin. Other Bourdain suggestions are from two knife companies in his book, the Global Knives and F Dick's Serrated knife.
