About this listen

The Authentic Layered Experience (TALE) explores the undercurrent and harsh fundamentals of life, navigating the uncomfortable truths we often avoid. It speaks to the lack of awareness around our habits, behaviors, and emotional patterns, and how we seek validation, mimic connection, and avoid doing the deeper internal work.

Without guidance, many become lost in the journey of self-discovery facing loneliness, isolation, depression, overthinking, and psychological questioning without a real support system or sense of direction.

This podcast is for those who challenge the unavoidable questions of existence, moving through hopelessness, identity confusion, emotional overwhelm, and mental fatigue — and turning those experiences into something more grounded, self-aware, and real. Something that feeds both the mind and the nervous system when life feels heavy.

It’s for those who have always been aware but rarely understood. Those who give more than they receive. Those who are tired of surface-level performance, fake validation, and conditional relationships and are searching for real connection, authenticity, and inner stability.

Challenge yourself daily. Walk away from half-hearted energy. These conversations may feel uncomfortable, but they are meant to help you reclaim your identity, build self-worth, and move through life as your true self not who others project you to be.

This podcast is for those navigating self-discovery, identity, self-worth, emotional intelligence, projection, subconscious patterns, mental health, loneliness, burnout, overthinking, relationships, personal growth, authenticity, and the search for meaning.

  • Entry 003 - I Am The Problem
    Apr 12 2026

It’s the self-imprisonment of human survival and conditioning a mixture of beliefs, habits, identity, and self-awareness that shape both our problems and our solutions. Yet we often blame external factors, avoiding the reality of our own unconscious patterns and autopilot behaviors.

The system may be unfair, and life is not always in our control, but how we manage our mindset, emotional responses, and personal growth is what separates staying stuck from evolving. We do what we can and that matters.

Some people settle, others want change. No judgment here. But understand the importance of reducing the risk of becoming the biggest obstacle in your own life through self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, or lack of awareness.

Regardless of everything, you deserve love simply for existing. But real change comes with discomfort, hardship, and emotional resistance. That’s part of the process of self-discovery, healing, and building a stronger sense of identity and self-worth.

You are responsible for your own pace, your boundaries, the people you allow into your life, and what you choose to tolerate. These decisions shape your mental health, relationships, and overall direction in life.

Life will always have problems that’s part of being human. But fulfillment comes from handling those problems differently, with more awareness, emotional intelligence, and intention than before.

Everything begins within. Because self-awareness, mindset, and understanding your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is the foundation of real personal growth and lasting change.

This is for those navigating self-awareness, mindset, identity, emotional intelligence, conditioning, self-sabotage, overthinking, mental health, personal growth, healing, relationships, and becoming more aligned with who they truly are.

  • Entry 002 - Inventory Check: Your friends, Your Survival
    Mar 22 2026

The time is now to start working towards your success. But not everyone and not everything you’re emotionally attached to can come with you.

We often stay in friendships, relationships, and environments because of history, memories, and who we used to be. But as we grow, our mindset, values, and identity begin to shift shaped by life experiences, societal pressure, and what we choose to give our energy to.

Misalignment is inevitable. What once felt right may no longer align with your personal growth, self-worth, and the direction you’re heading. Many of us were conditioned at a young age to fit in, to seek validation, and to earn love even if it meant suppressing our true selves.

At some point, the journey becomes real. And you begin to realize not everyone is meant to walk with you.

This is where your “Traveler Pack” comes in. Take inventory. What beliefs, emotions, and habits are you carrying? What emotional baggage, fear, or self-doubt is holding you back? What truths are you avoiding as you step into a new version of yourself?

Growth requires sacrifice. Self-discovery demands honesty. And change often comes with discomfort, loneliness, and uncertainty. But it also creates space for alignment, clarity, and deeper, more authentic connections.

Some journeys require support. Others require you to stand on your own with resilience, self-awareness, and the willingness to evolve.

  • Entry 001 - The Shadow Projection
    Mar 17 2026

These episodes are not made for individuals with low attention span. You will get the fruitfulness with patience and hearing the slow and boring parts first, life does not provide constant adrenaline friction. It is often fluctuating and never linear.

But Carl Jung's concept of projection refers to the psychological process where individuals attribute their own unconscious traits, emotions, or desires onto others. This mechanism often serves as a defense against confronting uncomfortable aspects of oneself, leading to misunderstandings in relationships.

Around 4:45 or 5:00 I loosen up and give examples of everyday life where we project ourselves into places that no longer serve the idealizations within our subconscious. Being more of myself and away from the practical rigid field.

In time, validation starts to feel exhausting and performative, takes constant regulation of our routines and wastes the time we thought would fuel us. Status doesn't mean much when you're unhappy, influence doesn't really hold weight when we are fragmented.

In time projection helps us to move closer to the consciousness within us, as that is important to not blend into relationships that operate on restriction or the conditional. Live your young days to the capacity you can, but don't waste it on people who meet you halfway.

This podcast is for those navigating identity, self-worth, emotional awareness, projection, subconscious patterns, overthinking, validation, burnout, loneliness, relationships, personal growth, and the quiet process of becoming more honest with yourself.
