IN this episode we start out discussing exercise as middle aged men. We also discuss caffeine in our diets and why Dan is weaning himself off. 

On this episode we open up by discussing Valentines Day and then we turn to Groundhog Day. 

We reached out on FB to get topics for the show and came up with a plethora. Since we know a little about a lot of things, but not a lot about most things, we discussed just about everything that was suggested. As usual we also tasted more Japanese snack foods.
