  • Bold Enough to Say Yes: Abiding in God’s Calling with Amelia Stamm
    Jan 15 2026

What if the boldest thing you could do this year is slow down?

In this episode of the Bold Living series, I sit down with Amelia—mom of four and a woman of deep faith—to talk about vision, rest, and saying yes to God in a very full season of life.

Amelia shares her word for the year—Abide—and how she’s intentionally pairing it with rest. We talk about the difference between pressure-filled resolutions and having a clear, life-giving vision, and how faith shapes the way we plan when life feels busy and uncertain.

One of the most powerful parts of this conversation is Amelia’s commitment to answer yes to whatever God asks of her this year—even when that yes feels uncomfortable. If you listened to last week’s episode, you’ll hear the connection: sometimes discomfort isn’t a warning sign—it’s an invitation to grow.

If you’re craving clarity, rest, and a deeper trust in where God is leading you, this conversation will encourage you to slow down and take the next right step.

  • We Are What We Feed Ourselves: Choosing Uncomfortable with Jara Bauer
    Jan 15 2026

“You are what you eat”… but what if that goes way beyond food?

In this episode of the Bold Living series, I sit down with Jara Bauer—mom, wife, registered dietitian, and women’s coach—to talk about growth, community, and choosing uncomfortable on purpose.

Jara shares why “uncomfortable” is her word of the year, how it’s already showing up in her life, and why learning to sit with discomfort can be a sign you’re moving in the right direction. We talk about feeding ourselves well—physically, mentally, and spiritually—along with her heart behind RANT! (Random Authentic Noteworthy Thoughts), her coaching journey, and what bold living really looks like in midlife.

If you’re feeling a nudge for more but aren’t sure what your next step is, this conversation will remind you: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.

  • Bold Advocacy, Creating Balance, and Climbing Pikes Peak: The Life of a Medical Mama
    Nov 12 2025

In this inspiring episode of The Bold Route Podcast, I sit down with Allison Guthrie — mama of three (two with special needs), founder of Sterlyng Ash, and creator of The Balanced Mama Notebook and Resource Collection — to talk about motherhood, advocacy, and learning to create balance in the middle of chaos.

Allison’s journey began in the tech world as a software engineer, but life took an unexpected turn when her daughter Aspen was diagnosed with Down syndrome. What followed was a season of transformation — one that pushed her to step away from a career she loved, build a brand from scratch, and find purpose through helping other moms in hard places.

Through Sterlyng Ash, Allison provides beginner-friendly punch-needle embroidery kits designed to bring calm, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment to busy moms. Even more special, a portion of every bulk order goes to NICU moms, offering them a therapeutic outlet during their hospital stays — a mission rooted in her own NICU experience.

Her latest mission, The Balanced Mama Notebook, is a beautifully designed guide that helps moms process big emotions after receiving a new diagnosis for their child. With reflection prompts, grounding exercises, and gentle encouragement, it helps mothers navigate fear, overwhelm, and uncertainty — reminding them that they’re not alone and that hope still exists, even in the hardest seasons.
