    Feb 15 2026

A wide ranging convo for this one!

I was always a nice guy growing up, and still think of myself as a nice guy in a lot of ways. But if I had been a good guy instead, things could have been different.

Now mental health is something I've talked about a bit, and our guest today has his own views on depression, and a new perspective of things after his friend voluntarily made the final journey to the other side.

We also talk about South Asian living as Brown guys and some of the challenges of it. And there's one tip or bits of life advice we'd share to any young South Asian male.

  • Ep 26 - Brown Fathers, Masculinity, and Vulnerability
    Feb 6 2026

Ah the stoic Brown father. The old school masculine type who faces any hardship without saying a word.

The right way to go about things? Probably not.

I'm looking at how stoic fathers can shape family dynamics and how we can use vulnerability to create better relationships for some of our father figures or male role models in our lives.

  • Ep 24 - How To Just Start
    Jan 23 2026

Why is it we always have those projects we want to start, but never do?

Why do we get stuck at that point just before launching?

And what can we do to fix that?

In this episode, I talk about the fear of failure and why we, or our minds, stop us from starting and growing. With us trying to cultivate a growth mindset, a big part of that is trying new things being comfortable with failure so that we can learn, but sometimes that failure feels deeper than just surface level because of how it reflects on us. This episode looks to address that so we can all just start!

But what can we do to actually affect that, and why is it important to go back to teaching mode to support those around you who need that help?
