  • Episode Eleven: Anxiety
    Nov 5 2025

In this episode, we explore the connection between anxiety and the emotions we often suppress. Sometimes anxiety is not random, and it’s not a failure of faith. Sometimes it’s your heart asking to be heard. I share a personal moment when I asked God where my anxiety was coming from, and the answer led me into deeper healing.

  • Episode Ten: Anger
    Oct 13 2025

You know, this has been a season where I’ve had to face anger in ways I never have before. Not just surface-level frustration — but deep, soul-level anger that comes when you’ve been wronged, misunderstood, or treated unjustly.

Anger has a way of gripping us — it tells us that if we hold on to it, somehow justice will come. But the truth is, it starts to hold us. It clouds our peace, our relationships, and even how we hear God.

What I’ve learned is that God doesn’t shame us for our anger — He invites us to bring it to Him. Not to deny it, but to surrender it. Because when we do, He replaces it with something far more powerful than revenge or justification — He gives us freedom.

So today, as you listen, I want to invite you to ask:

“What am I still carrying that God is asking me to release?”

And as we pray together, let’s ask Him to meet us in that space — not to erase what happened, but to restore what’s been broken inside us.
