  • S1 : Ep 9 | YOUR IDENTITY
    Apr 29 2026

Who are you when titles, achievements, relationships, and appearances change?

Many women build identity on things that can shift overnight, then wonder why they feel unstable. But your identity was never meant to come from the world.

    In Christ, you are:

    • Loved

    • Chosen

    • Forgiven

    • Redeemed

    • Made new

You do not have to earn an identity God has already given you.

Stop comparing. Stop proving. Stop shrinking.

Walk in the truth of who God says you are.

"Your identity is not your past, your mistakes, or your achievements.

Your identity is that you are loved, chosen, and created by God."

  • S1 : Ep8 | FORGIVENESS
    Apr 14 2026

Some of the pain we carry isn’t from what happened to us… it’s from what we keep holding onto.

Forgiveness is one of those things we know we’re supposed to do, but when the hurt runs deep, letting go can feel unfair. Someone hurt you. Someone betrayed your trust. Someone disrespected you… and maybe they never even apologized.

Yet as believers, we’re still called to forgive.

In this episode, we talk honestly about what forgiveness really means. Not pretending the hurt didn’t happen. Not excusing wrong. Not allowing people to keep hurting you. But choosing to release the offense, let go of the desire for revenge, and give the situation to God.

    Because forgiveness isn’t always a feeling, it’s a decision.

A decision to obey God, even when it’s hard.

We also explore why forgiveness is so difficult, how bitterness quietly takes root when we hold on, and what it actually looks like to let go in a practical way. From guarding your thoughts to praying for those who hurt you, to releasing the need for justice into God’s hands.

And importantly, this conversation makes it clear that forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation. You can forgive and still choose wisdom. You can release the offense and still have boundaries.

At the end of the day, forgiveness isn’t about the other person, it’s about your freedom.

Because obedience to God always leads to freedom.

  • S1: Ep7 | HOW ARE YOU?
    Mar 31 2026

How Are You… Really? | The Power of Checking In on People

Some of the strongest people you know are also the most overlooked. The friend who always listens. The mentor who always shows up. The leader who encourages everyone else. We assume they’re okay… but are they really?

In this episode, we go beyond the surface level “How are you?” and talk about what it truly means to check in on people with intention, care, and compassion.

Because the truth is many people are not okay, even if they look like they are.

What we cover in this episode:

    • Why “How are you?” has become a routine greeting instead of a real question

    • The hidden weight people carry: stress, grief, loneliness, and more

    • Why we often overlook the strong ones and those in leadership

    • The importance of genuine, intentional care

    • Practical ways to check in on people meaningfully

    • How small acts of care can make a life-changing impact

    Key reminder:

Sometimes the people smiling the most are carrying the heaviest burdens.

    Scripture references:

    • Galatians 6:2 — “Carry each other’s burdens…”

    • James 1:19 — “Be quick to listen, slow to speak…”

    Challenge for this week:

Be intentional. Reach out to someone,

a friend, a family member, or even a leader who has poured into you.

Don’t just ask “How are you?”

Ask it in a way that shows you truly care about the answer.
