At the heart of The Coaching Field Podcast is the belief that the worlds of sport and business share powerful parallels: both are driven by resilience, performance, mindset, and growth.

Coaching is the bridge that connects them, helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.

Hosted by Orla Collins, The Coaching Field Podcast explores these stories in depth, speaking with those who’ve translated the discipline, teamwork, and focus learned in sport into successful careers, companies, and personal growth.
