Hey everyone! Welcome to the very first episode of the Confetti Brain Club Podcast. I’m your host and the anonymous voice behind the club.

I’ve always loved podcasting and editing audio, so I figured why not bring my Substack weekly digest to life in podcast form? So here we are.

About Me (Kind Of)
I’m a creative through and through. I work full-time in the creative industry, mostly doing film and video editing. I’m also a grad student and a freelancer, so life is a little chaotic.

You might be wondering why I’m staying anonymous. Honestly, I just wanted this space to be about creativity and community rather than about me. Maybe that’ll change one day, but for now, I’m happy keeping the focus on the club.

Big milestone: the Confetti Brain Club website officially launched last week. It’s the hub for all my merch, digital drops, and creative experiments. I also dropped my first few Substack posts, including:

• A Welcome post
• A Tool Tuesday feature on the Logitech MX Creative Console
• An article called “My Regimented Daily Routine and How It Makes Me More Creative”

I’ve also been journaling, planning, and trying to stay productive.

What I’m Listening To

• Taylor Swift – The Life of a Showgirl (current favorites: The Fate of Ophelia and Elizabeth Taylor)
• The Mel Robbins Podcast, episode with Dr. Cal Newport on Slow Productivity
  “Productivity is about producing stuff that’s valuable.”

Current Obsession
Stationery and planner TikTok has a grip on me right now. I fell down the Hobonichi Planner rabbit hole after seeing their 2026 launch and ended up ordering a 2025 April-start one to test it out. Expect a Tool Tuesday review soon.
