    Send a text

Valentine’s Day has passed, the roses are wilting, and now we’re back to real life. In this episode, Corey gets honest about personality types in relationships and why emotional compatibility matters more than chemistry.

Are you independent in love? Do you need reassurance? Do you pull away when someone gets too clingy? Or do you struggle when your partner needs space?

This episode invites you to reflect on your attachment style, your emotional rhythm, and whether you’re dating from wholeness or fear.

    Because love should feel breathable.

  • Sit With It. Acknowledge It. Accept It.
    Feb 10 2026

    Send a text

In this episode of The Corey Podcast, I’m inviting you into a conversation we don’t have often enough, the grief for the childhood you didn’t get and the life you thought you’d have by now. The kind of grief that doesn’t come from one big moment, but from quiet realizations that show up later and linger longer than expected.

We talk about how this grief sneaks into our relationships, our confidence, and the way we see ourselves, and why it deserves just as much care and attention as any other loss. You don’t need a dramatic backstory for your feelings to be real. You can be deeply grateful for where you are and still mourn what never happened, both can exist at the same time.

I share thoughts on recognizing this kind of grief, sitting with it instead of rushing past it, and giving yourself patience while you sort through it all. There’s no timeline here, just honesty and compassion for yourself.

I’m also sharing a very personal moment by playing “Bring Him Home” from Moments, my rendition of the song from Les Misérables. If you’d like to listen or download it, you can find it here:

  • Seeing With the Heart, Christine Lin and the Eko Vision Foundation
    Jan 27 2026

    Send a text

In this conversation, Christine Lin opens up about the heart behind the Eko Vision Foundation and how love, dignity, and thoughtful technology can truly change lives. She shares the powerful influence of her grandmother Eko, whose experience with blindness shaped not only Christine’s purpose, but the way she thinks about independence, privacy, and care. We talk about why awareness and advocacy matter, how AI can be used responsibly to support the blind and low vision community, and how deeply personal experiences often become the strongest foundation for meaningful leadership. It’s a conversation that asks us to slow down, listen more closely, and rethink how we show up for a community that is so often overlooked, with a clear invitation to learn, support, and do better.

If you want to learn more about Christine and the work she’s doing, or if you feel moved to support the mission with a donation, you can visit https://www.ekovisionfoundation.org/.

  • What It Really Costs to Be Seen
    Jan 20 2026

    Send a text

In this episode of The Corey Podcast, I reflect on the real cost of being seen and what it means to live authentically. Inspired by a recent conversation with Eli Yeung, I talk about visibility, letting go of performance, and choosing honesty over approval in a world that rewards conformity.

We explore listening to your body, honoring discomfort, and recognizing the quiet bravery it takes to tell the truth without an audience. This episode is a reminder that growth is slow and deeply human, and that authenticity is not loud, it is consistent, grounded, and real.
