Carrie Campbell is the Senior Vice President of Fenway Park Events at the Boston Red Sox, leading the year-round marketing, sales, and execution of private and public events. With over 30 years in hospitality and tourism, she has played a pivotal role in transforming Fenway Park into one of New England’s premier event venues—and a standout among major league ballparks.

Before stepping onto the Fenway stage, Carrie honed her expertise at Boston’s most iconic properties. She spent six years at the Boston Harbor Hotel as Director of Catering and later Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to that, she served as Director of Catering at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel, crafting unforgettable experiences for seven years. Beyond the hotel world, Carrie has a deep history of engaging top donors and orchestrating high-profile charity walks, fundraisers, and golf tournaments for nonprofit organizations.

More than a seasoned hospitality executive, Carrie is a dynamic leader known for building strong, engaged teams and fostering a culture of excellence. She believes that investing in people is the most important business decision, and her leadership legacy is defined by mentorship, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to recognition and gratitude.

A passionate advocate for the meetings, events, and entertainment industry, Carrie was recently recognized as an Industry Leader in Smart Meetings Magazine’s 2024 Smart Women in Meetings. When she’s not shaping the future of events at Fenway, Carrie is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor and a proud South End resident.

Jim is a seasoned coach, consultant, and author with over 30 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality and a broad consulting practice that spans industries—from venture capital and construction to fashion and entertainment. He held executive roles with Kimpton Hotels, W Hotels Worldwide, André Balazs Properties, and The Ian Schrager Company, and served as Vice President of Leadership Development at Forbes Travel Guide.

In 2021, Jim founded All Good People Corp, a leadership development and consulting firm that helps individuals and organizations cultivate emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and authentic connection. A certified Enneagram teacher for over three decades, he integrates this powerful framework into his work with clients across sectors to foster healthy, high-performing cultures.

Kieran is a Destination Management Professional specialised in delivering demanding and unique Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Events as well as Cruise shore excursion and land programs.

Kieran despite his very British exterior, was born in Singapore and has lived in multiple countries across the far east, New Zealand, France as well as 16 years living in Germany, before returning to his native United Kingdom in 2012.

Kieran fell into the Destination Management / MICE industry by chance whilst living in Berlin, but has never looked back. He learnt the trade from the bottom up, developing a passion for Germany and especially Berlin. In 2012 he was given the opportunity to return to his homeland to head up Kuoni Destination Management UK. He has since travelled the length and breadth of the British Isles surprising clients with its history, culture and wonderful venues and locations for projects of every kind. Dan Lake is a Dad of three boys, husband, dog-lover, sales leader, entrepreneur, wellness fanatic, and a seeker of great conversations and information. Liam is an Emmy Award-winning journalist who spent 15 years in television news before joining Newsmaker as co-owner in March of 2024.

He started his television career as an evening anchor and reporter for WILX-TV in Lansing, Mich., and then made the exciting move back home to Boston to become a general assignment reporter at WCVB-TV. In 2015 WBZ-TV hired Liam away to become their evening anchor, and then eventually anchor of the award-winning WBZ Mornings and the Morning Mix. During Liam’s career in news, he proved himself to be a superb storyteller, earning an Emmy Award in 2019.

Liam has experienced it all. He covered Patriots Super Bowl wins and Tiger Woods in his prime. He has interviewed a president, governors, and mayors. He has moderated debates and shared grief with communities devastated by tragedy. He has witnessed events from major storms to historic elections. Liam will continue his talent and passion for storytelling for Newsmaker Marketing’s clients and bring the agency to new heights through social media and owned and earned media.

Away from work, Liam is a devoted husband and father to two children, Everly and Asher. He coaches their sports teams and spends as much time with them as possible.
