I offer you the insights, guidance and life-advice required to help you with the necessary shifts. As a natural-born medium I’ve been fortunate to be able to communicate with SPIRIT from an early age. So when I felt the call to shift into a new way of using my gifts to help others, I was moved from my core with such passion. This new approach helps you understand your human experience blueprint so you can create a true and lasting evolution with empowering clarity. My previous professional experiences include working in the corporate world for over 20 years within roles such as Office & Administration Manager, Human Resources and then as Executive Assistant at CEO and CFO levels for the Executive Search industry. I have also held long standing senior positions from an early age both in Retail and Hospitality whilst studying and building my now successful Spiritual Life Coaching business. I have been coaching people for the past 10 years in my private practice as well as teaching online and in-person workshops on the fundamentals of well-being and connection back to the self. I personally highly value this type of work because of the expanded awareness and growth that comes from deep knowing of oneself. I continue to learn from Spirit through my work which expands my awareness and evolution as well as the many mentors and mediumship development classes I have been a part of since 16 years of age. Recently I completed the Foundational Course in Hypnosis to elevate my Meditative Healing practices, a Certificate IV in Mental Health to broaden my awareness within the overall Well-being industry, a Practitioner’s Course in Meridian Energy and Relaxation Massage to deepen my knowledge of the Human Body. As well as undertaking the Practitioner Training in the ancient studies of Tantra Meditation Level 1 & 2 to bring a deeper awareness to the SELF through exploration and connection to the breath and our chakra system. My next passion project is to embark on a writers course as I aim to create books to help people on their journey. Past studies include Professional Diploma of Human Resources, Professional Life Coaching Certification with the Transformation Academy, Practitioner & Teacher Training in Wild Women’s Circles®, Non-Linear Movement Method® & Somatic Embodiment Practices as well as Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Breath-work and Trauma Release. My aim is to bridge the gap between the spiritual realms and the current modern era of therapies to be able to offer my clients a complete and whole experience that encapsulates interconnectedness in its purest form.
