  • How to Move On. An End of Year Reflection for the Introspective Introvert
    Dec 28 2025

It’s officially the end of 2025, and whether this year felt like a marathon or a blur — it’s almost over. And like it or not, we have to move on. Let's do An End of Year Reflection on the podcast.

In this final episode of the year, I want to hold space for reflection — not in an overwhelming, “go journal for three hours” kind of way — but a quiet, honest pause to ask:

What did this year teach me, and how am I moving forward?

This episode is for the introspective soul. The one who wants to end well, not just sprint into a new year without intention. Whether 2025 was filled with incredible wins or unexpected losses it matters how you close it.

I’ll walk you through three simple but powerful reflection questions:

    • What was the biggest lesson you learned this year?
    • How will you apply it in 2026?
    • What are you truly grateful for — and who do you need to thank

This is your An End of Year Reflection.

  • Fear or Courage: What’s Your Strategy for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship? On Decison Making | Leadership for Introverts
    Dec 14 2025

Let’s talk about Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship. We know purpose is crucial, but what role does clarity play in determining this purpose? Sometimes we ask for clarity and expect it to show up instantly. But God often gives us light one step at a time. This is leadership for Introverts.

In this episode, I reflect on Chapter 7 of The Next Right Thing by Emily P. Freeman and the one question that helps me move forward in faith, especially when the path is foggy.

I also share how I wrestled with launching PodGround, a platform for podcasters, and what I learned about fear, courage, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

If you’re making a big decision right now, or wondering if fear is calling the shots in your life, this conversation is for you. Tune in if you're interested in how to develop Leadership for Introverts

This is Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship. Are You Being Led by Fear or Courage? If you're an introspective introvert, an introvert leader, or someone wondering how to get unstuck and move forward with building dreams and ideas, this is for you.

  • How to Make Good Decisions When You’re Starting Over: For the Introspective Introvert
    Nov 30 2025

    Let's talk about Starting Over.

Making decisions is hard enough. But what happens when you're making decisions in a season where you feel completely unqualified? When you're a beginner literally feel like you're starting over again.

In this episode of The Driven Introvert Podcast, we continue reading through The Next Right Thing by Emily P. Freeman, and today we’re sitting with a simple but powerful truth: It’s okay to be a beginner.

I share what it looked like for me when I was starting over — from moving to a new country and stumbling through cultural differences, to building a product in an industry where I have zero experience. These stories might feel familiar if you’ve ever:

    • Avoided asking for help because you didn’t want to seem clueless
    • Faked confidence in a new job, project, or role
    • Held back from trying something because you didn’t feel “ready”
    • Been surprised at how hard it was to step into something you actually prayed for

Emily reminds us that all beginnings come with both joy and grief. To be starting over and beginning something new often means leaving something behind. Whether your current season is one you chose or one you didn’t ask for, you can still move forward — and you don’t have to pretend to know everything.

This is personal growth for introverts. Let's talk about making big decisions a faith driven entrepreneur.

I hope this episode encourages you to be gently honest with yourself, to ask for the wisdom you need, and to remember that admitting “I don’t know yet” is a decision rooted in courage, not weakness.
