  • The Poet, The Daughter, The Doula: Farah Barqawi on Resistance, Creation & Collective Healing
    Jun 27 2026

There are moments in history that don’t just change the world — they change the inner architecture of those living through them.

In this profoundly intimate episode of The Epiphany Dialogues, Zimmy sits with Palestinian poet, writer, and activist Farah Barqawi in a conversation that moves far beyond biography… into the terrain of what it means to be human in a time of rupture.

Farah’s life has been shaped by movement — from Damascus to Gaza, Cairo to Dubai, Chicago to New York — but what emerges through her story is not fragmentation, but a quiet, powerful coherence. A way of being that holds contradiction without collapsing under it.

She speaks of childhood as both expansion and contraction… of returning to Gaza and feeling the world narrow, only to discover a deeper inner world unfolding. Of writing as something that didn’t begin as a choice, but as a presence — something that lived within her long before she claimed it.

But this conversation also sits inside a much heavier present.

As Farah shares what it has meant to witness the ongoing devastation in Gaza while her mother remains there, we are brought into a space few can articulate: the tension between love and letting go. The impossible position of wanting to protect, while honoring another’s purpose. The quiet strength it takes to stay standing when every instinct calls you to collapse.

And yet, within this, something else emerges.

A redefinition of connection.A deepening of community.A remembering that we are not meant to carry life alone.

This episode is a testament to the human spirit—how we hold grief and beauty, destruction and creation, all at once.

  • Death Embracement - Why Facing Our Mortality Makes Life More Meaningful
    Jun 13 2026

In this deeply honest and thought-provoking episode of The Epiphany Dialogues, Zimmy and Nick explore one of the most avoided topics in human life: death.

While most of us spend our lives trying not to think about mortality, Zimmy believes that embracing it may be one of the most powerful ways to truly live.

She introduces her unique Death Embracement Coaching framework — a process designed to help people face death consciously so they can live with more clarity, intention, and emotional freedom.

From practical preparations like wills, passwords, and end-of-life decisions, to deeper reflections about legacy, forgiveness, unfinished dreams, and the emotional impact we leave behind — this conversation opens a space most people never allow themselves to enter...but surprisingly, it isn’t dark or morbid.

Instead, it becomes a powerful exploration of life, love, purpose, and what really matters when everything else falls away.

Through humor, vulnerability, and philosophical insight, Zimmy and Nick reveal how confronting death can transform the way we experience every moment we’re alive.

Because when we stop pretending we’re immortal… we may finally start living the way we were meant to.

  • S2Ep11: From Masking to Meaning
    May 30 2026
In this deeply personal episode of The Epiphany Dialogues, Zimmy sits down with her longtime friend Chryss Stathopoulos—a writer, digital storyteller, and retired air traffic controller whose life took an unexpected turn after discovering she is autistic and has ADHD in her 50s.What began as a casual comment from a psychologist friend turned into a profound personal revelation. For Chryss, the diagnosis didn’t feel like a limitation—it felt like freedom. Suddenly, decades of feeling “different,” masking her true self, and pushing through burnout finally made sense.Together, Zimmy and Chryss explore what it means to discover neurodivergence later in life, the impact of autistic burnout, and how learning to unmask can become a lifelong journey of self-discovery.They also dive into the surprising power of daily gratitude, a practice Chryss has maintained for more than 4,000 consecutive days, and discuss how gratitude can build resilience even in turbulent times. The conversation expands beyond personal growth into a candid discussion about activism, justice, and the courage to speak out in a world that often pressures people to stay silent. This episode is ultimately about identity, truth, friendship, and the courage to live authentically—no matter when your awakening arrives.Subscribe for more conversations on healing, consciousness, and transformation!
