I’m sitting in the Bean Hive (where we roast coffee) and recapping my roasting experience so far. Lots of things I didn’t know I needed to know and even more that I need to learn. I am loving the process, though live never been more stressed in my life, it’s a really cool skill to learn. Coffee is such a nuanced food that can be consumed in so many different ways and I’m just barely scratching the surface of what this beautiful fruit has to offer.
