Damo sits with friend and Navy veteran, Steven Pierre. The two discuss "High Year Tenure" and the impact that it had on multiple Sailor's careers. Steven gives a line by line detail on his transition from a Sailor to a civilian from 30 days prior to separation up until today. He talks about being in jail while on terminal leave and how that time had an impact on the rest of the decisions that he made in life. Both of them coming from rough upbringings, they discuss transitioning to become a leader in the Navy and beyond. On this Episode, Damo sits down with one of his longtime friends and business partner, Wesley Pinkney. Wesley  is a retired Navy Chief Engineman with a really interesting story. He talks about it all from what made him join the Navy and how he was able to retire in only 13 years to his inspiration behind the Pizza Restaurant in which he founded and owns; Plank Owner Pizza Bar. The two served at three commands together so they quickly breeze through shipboard shenanigans, wax poetic about getting fired from K-Mart, and how hard it was to go to high school when Bow Wow was running the game.
