Every other week (on average), I will review some of my favourite albums over the years on The Full Circle. And there is no better way to start with Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory. This is an album that I grew up listening to, and is a timeless classic. I give a summary review then track-by-track and create my Hybrid Theory Full Circle which is my 5 favourite songs from them (that one was so tough!)

Captain Davidoff AKA David Desai is the very special guest on The Full Circle, making his podcast debut on the show!

He is a top guy and it's probably one of the funniest episodes since the show has returned as a podcast, very similar to the radio show days!

Captain's cat's cameo was a big highlight, but without doubt, the biggest highlight is our stupidity to do the bird's-eye chili challenge again! We were dumb and young in our early 20s when we did this in 2015, but now we're just dumb doing it again, with the risk of getting a hole in our stomach far greater. Whilst it is a great listen (well terrible for David and I in all honesty), keep an eye out for the video version which might be even better.

And of course, Captain creates his Full Circle, ranging from Taylor Swift (long time Captain fans will know this was inevitable) to Red Hot Chili Peppers!

An absolute honour to have The Amity Affliction's Joel Birch on The Full Circle this week! We spoke just before the band started their US tour with August Burns Red and he speaks about his excitement returning back to America!

He also opens about his mental health and what is helping him more these days, the difficulties with social media, and also being misquoted about why he did not like working in a studio before... it's not the reason you think!

Joel also plays a lyrics quiz where he had to work out if the lyrics were Amity Affliction or not; you may notice an album was missed out and Joel was in agreement to leave it out and explains why! We also talk about their upcoming album House of Cards, due to be released on 24th April 2026, and how the songs came about for this album.

And, of course, Joel creates his Full Circle, choosing some of his favourite songs, with lyrics resonating with him, ranging from Modern Life Is War to Poison The Well!

Surprise! Wow I certainly did not expect an Enter Shikari album out of the blue like that. Songwriter and guitarist of incredible band Conquer Divide Kristen Sturgis is the very special guest on The Full Circle!

We speak about new music and when the next album is coming out, the challenges of being a female band even to this day (I was shocked in all honesty!), working in Healthcare and differences between the US healthcare system vs the UK, and Kristen also answers some tough Would You Rather questions, and plays a lyrics quiz game titled Conquer Divide or Build & Unite (sorry if you're groaning right now), where Kristen had to work out whether the lyrics were by Conquer Divide or not!
