  • S3, EP 5: The Truth About The "Be a B*tch or Get Sick" Series
    May 21 2026

    Well… I accidentally went viral.

What started as one spicy little video turned into a full blown internet conversation with millions of views, thousands of comments, women fighting in comment sections, people asking, “Wait… what are Bitch Rules?” and honestly? I think we need to talk about it.

Because contrary to popular belief, this series has never actually been about becoming mean: It’s about self-abandonment.

It’s about the ways women override themselves, suppress what they really feel, tolerate too much, make themselves smaller, and then wonder why they feel exhausted, resentful, disconnected, or flat out unwell.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on the story behind “Be a B*tch or Get Sick,” what prompted me to make the first video, why I think it struck such a nerve, and the deeper philosophy underneath it all.

I’m also breaking down the Bitch Rules (so far) — the embodied principles that help women stop abandoning themselves and start feeling more at home in their body.

    We get into:
✨ The story behind the viral series
✨ Why women are disproportionately struggling with autoimmune disease, burnout, and chronic stress
✨ The real meaning behind reclaiming the word bitch
✨ Why discomfort is not danger
✨ Emotional regulation and why the goal isn’t to never feel again
✨ Boundaries, silence, pleasure, rest, and taking up space
✨ Learning to trust your body instead of constantly overriding it
✨ Why self-abandonment costs us more than we realize

This episode is for the woman who’s tired of shape-shifting, people pleasing, and living disconnected from herself.

Because maybe being a “b*tch” was never the problem... Maybe abandoning yourself was.

    Sound Bites:
    “Discomfort is not danger.”
"A bitch understands emotional regulation is shortening the amount of time we stay dysregulated — not pretending we never feel.”
“You cannot feel at home in your body while constantly betraying yourself.”
"Rest is radical when your worth has been tied to productivity.”
    “Silence is a superpower.”

  • S3, EP 4: The Hidden Cost of NOT Resting
    Apr 19 2026

In this solo episode, Dee Talley breaks down what’s really happening when you don’t rest—and why it’s costing you more than just energy.

This isn’t about “self-care” or taking a day off.

It’s about the long-term impact of overriding your body, staying in misalignment, and continuing to live in a way your system has already said no to.

Dee explores how chronic depletion builds over time, how pushing through becomes an identity, and why so many people find it nearly impossible to slow down—even when their body is clearly asking for it.

Through the lens of embodiment and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this episode challenges the idea that burnout and exhaustion are just part of life—and invites a different way of living that actually supports longevity, vitality, and real alignment,

    Key Topics

    • Why not resting is costing you years—literally
    • How staying in misalignment drains your life force over time
    • The cycle of chasing “feeling okay” and never actually arriving
    • Why rest feels so difficult (and what identity has to do with it)
    • How chronic depletion shows up in the body
    • Menopause, shifting energy, and the need to adapt
    • The difference between understanding rest and actually embodying it
    • Listening to your body before it forces you to stop

    What You Walk Away With

    • A clearer understanding of what your body is actually asking for
    • Awareness of how often you override your own signals
    • Insight into the deeper reasons you struggle to rest
    • A shift in how you think about productivity, energy, and longevity
    • Permission to move differently—even if it requires becoming someone new

    Sound Bites

    • “You are taking years off your life by not resting.”
    • “You’re not just tired—you’re overriding your body repeatedly.”
    • “You’re chasing feeling okay and never actually arriving.”
    • “You don’t have a rest problem. You have an identity problem.”
    • “At some point, your body will force the stop you won’t choose.”
