THE SCOOP:

I use 'fill in the blank' sentences quite liberally as a coach. There is something about an empty space that triggers the brain to fill it in. Especially if you say the sentence out loud - the words often naturally flow. My favorite is:
Nothing is more important than ___________.

I want you to know what REALLY matters. This is vital information! Clarity gives you permission to change your focus and flow IMMEDIATELY. Align yourself with the essential, clear away the distractions and noise inside and outside.

Yet another tool in your kit! You can use this shortcut to truth anytime and anywhere. This sentence is transformational - you can get a direct message from YOU in a heartbeat. Use it when you are overwhelmed, unsure, faced with a decision, trying to prioritize, have a meaningful conversation. Clarity is a superpower.
