Dana is the founder of Cocotique, the subscription service that has championed Black-owned and indie beauty brands for over a decade. More recently, she co-founded Glowissima alongside supermodel and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey.

    Throughout her career, Dana has consistently created space for diversity, discovery, and representation in the beauty industry. Before becoming a founder, her path spanned fashion, music, and brand marketing, including roles such as assistant fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar, VP of marketing and PR at Rocawear, and senior director of urban artist development at Arista Records.
