    Dr. Oleksandr (Sasha) Kondrashov is an Associate Professor of Social Work (tenured) at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. Over more than two decades, he has taught over 7,000 students across five Canadian universities. He is the founder of DROKACADEMY (krasun.ca), a teaching and publishing platform built around inclusive, learner-centred social work education. A Ukrainian-Canadian scholar originally from Lviv, Sasha immigrated to Canada in 2004 and completed his MSW and PhD at the University of Manitoba. His scholarship has produced widely used pedagogical frameworks, including the Social G*R*A*C*E*S* (expanded to 105 dimensions across Maslow's hierarchy), the Architecture of Care, the A+ Framework, and the Love·Care·Share ethical framework grounded in the Indigenous Seven Sacred Teachings. He has co-organized weekly Stand with Ukraine gatherings near Kamloops City Hall every Saturday since February 24, 2022.
