YES MY FRIENDS! Here's my latest interview with the living legend Mr Jaret Reddick from Bowling For Soup.

In this interview we chat about the bands most recent stint in the UK including their monumental main stage set on the Sunday of Download Festival 2024 as well as their jam packed acoustic show on the Dog House stage on Saturday night.

Jaret also talks to us about Chris Burley and gives us an update on how he's doing, we also talk about the impact that Chris has had on the pop punk genre.

Stand up comedy has played a big part in the life of Jaret from his passion outside of music, to influencing his on stage presence so we discuss how that has transformed BFS over the years not just in their on stage crowd interaction, but also the source of the bands name.

And of course we talk about the fact that the next time Bowling for Soup come to the UK it'll be for their biggest ever headline tour TO DATE!

Download Festival 2024 was my favourite Download of all time. I've been attending this festival since I was 14 years old and have been privileged to work a few different jobs at the festival over the years, but nothing tops this year.

From being invited to host a live episode of The Jon Mahon Show on the Ace Of Spades stage on Wednesday, where our special guest was Mikey Chapman from Mallory Knox, to DJing the Doghouse on Thursday night to 10,000 people, to producing what I honestly feel is our best festival special yet, I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Download Festival for all of these opportunities over the weekend.

This years festival was headlined by Queens Of The Stone Age, Fall Out Boy and Avenged Sevenfold, who do you think will headline Download Festival 2025? Let us know in the comments section.

Yes my friends! On episode 31 Loz Taylor from While She Sleeps is here to chat about the bands 6th studio record 'SELF HELL' which is available now!

In this interview we start with the historic While She Sleeps headline show at Alexandra Palace that the band announce the year prior when they supported Parkway Drive. Which took us into chatting about the brand new album SELF HELL which was produced by Sean Long from the band as well as Carl Bown who has produced Sleep Token's 'Take Me Back To Eden'.

We also covered the fact that While She Sleeps will be performing at Download Festival 2024 which will be the bands first time returning to Donnington following their set at the Download Pilot back in 2021.

Features also came up in this conversation as the band have worked with a lot of huge names over the years including Oli Sykes from Bring Me The Horizon, Simon Neal from Biffy Clyro and Deryck Whibley from Sum 41. On SELF HELL While She Sleeps have features with Malevolence, STONE and Aether.

The interview concludes with Loz talking about his sobriety over the last few years and the positive impact that change has not only had on his music but also his relationships in his personal life.
