Across three different roles, I repeatedly encounter the same obstacle. I am realizing that this issue is not rooted in competence. Instead, it pertains to belonging. Competence is something you build. Belonging is something you claim. Overcoming impostor syndrome is not simply about skill but about cultivating a sense of belonging.
