Grab your popcorn, your wine, and your charcuterie board because you're about to be entertained by some recent random and ridiculous antics involving my wannabe sex life.

    Don't worry, we'll use protection.

You know when you clearly state you are CHILDFREE and half of the men hitting you up are posting photos holding newborns?

    Happy Summer!

  • When Your Mother Dies
    Feb 17 2025

The day my mother died. 20 years later, I reflect on that moment; the chaos, the humour, the need to chainsmoke. Perhaps the most human experience of all human experiences - death.

This episode remains unedited. The emotions are present, but this story isn’t tragic.

I dedicate this episode to anyone who is grieving, afraid to grieve, or like my late mother, utterly fascinated by final moments.

Please share this episode with anyone you know who may be feeling alone in grief.

  • As a Canadian…
    Nov 14 2024

In the aftermath of the recent US election, I’ve been receiving many requests for tips on how to move to Canada.

My question is, why would you want to?

After a week of conversations with would-be expats, fellow Canadians, and overall unsatisfied humans, I’ve released a new podcast episode that doesn't sugarcoat life in Canada.

While I answer listener questions about feel-good stories, living independently, and my NSFW Thanksgiving tale, this episode contains some Canadian realities to consider.

At present, the majority of listeners to this podcast are American. So while this episode is focused on the US, the themes are universal.

We want to feel good, secure, and confident as we live and pursue our ideal life.
