Welcome to the Legacy Edit Podcast!

The Legacy Edit is a podcast for creatives, founders, and power couples who want to build a life, love, and legacy that actually lasts.

Hosted by Sarah Nicole, The Legacy Architect, this show lives at the intersection of identity, healing, leadership, and intentional growth. Through honest conversations, grounded insight, and thoughtful strategy, The Legacy Edit explores what it means to design success without burnout, relationships without losing yourself, and businesses rooted in alignment—not survival.

Each episode is guided by three core pillars:

The Self Edit — inner clarity, healing, and grounded confidence.
The Couples Edit — power couples designing love and legacy on purpose, especially those building businesses side by side.
The Thrive Collective — strategy, community, and sustainable growth for creatives and founders.

This podcast isn’t about quick wins or surface-level motivation.
It’s for those who crave depth over noise, intention over hustle, and legacy over performance.

If you’re editing your life with purpose—you’re in the right place.

  • Coming Home to Who You Already Are with Ebony Fleming
    Jun 25 2026

There are conversations that stay with you long after you hit stop on the recording.

    This was one of them.

When I sat down with Ebony Fleming, I expected to talk about meal planning, routines, and creating healthier habits. We did talk about those things, but what unfolded was so much deeper.

We talked about what it means to come home to yourself.

Ebony shares how surviving childhood trauma led her on a journey of rediscovering who she really was, and why healing wasn't about becoming someone new. It was about learning to trust herself again.

Together we unpack why so many women struggle with self-trust, how information overload has disconnected us from our own intuition, and why the way we feed ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally says so much about how we see ourselves.

We also dive into the power of community, creating spaces where women feel safe to be seen, and why support will always create more lasting change than pressure ever could.

This episode reminded me that legacy isn't built through perfection. It's built in the small, intentional ways we choose to care for ourselves and each other every single day.

If today's conversation resonated with you, I'd love for you to share it with another woman who needs the reminder that she doesn't have to become someone else to step into what's next.

  • Ep. 15 | When Love Feels Like Management with Julie Tran
    Jun 13 2026

What happens when the skills that make you successful in business start showing up in your relationship?

In this episode, I sit down with Julie Tran to explore a dynamic that many ambitious women experience but rarely talk about openly: the tendency to manage, direct, or carry more than our share within our relationships.

We dive into why high-achieving women often find themselves taking on the role of manager instead of partner, what this pattern can look like in everyday life, and how it can slowly create distance, resentment, and disconnection in a marriage.

This conversation isn't about blame. It's about awareness. It's about understanding the difference between leadership and control, support and responsibility, and what becomes possible when both people are allowed to fully own their role within the relationship.

If you've ever felt exhausted from carrying the mental load, frustrated that your partner isn't stepping up the way you hoped, or curious about how to create a healthier dynamic without micromanaging the people you love, this episode is for you.

  • Ep. 14 | Attention Doesn’t Equal Trust
    May 28 2026

What actually happens when your content goes viral?

In this episode, we're talking about the difference between getting attention online and actually building a brand people trust, remember, and stay connected to. We dive into why so many creators and business owners are chasing virality, trends, and views without realizing that the content surrounding those moments matters even more than the viral post itself.

We talk about what happens after someone discovers your content and the subconscious “profile audit” people immediately start doing when they land on your page. We break down why clarity, consistency, personality, and perspective matter so much more than constantly trying to crack the algorithm, and why attention without depth often leads to missed opportunities.

We also get into the difference between sustainable content and dopamine-driven content, the role of trial reels, and why some of the strongest brands online are not necessarily the loudest ones. This episode is a conversation about building a brand that gives people a reason to stay long after the viral moment passes.
