  • 190 - Arctic Blast More Brutal Than The Lack Of Epstein Files Reveals
    Feb 10 2026

This week, Mario and Bryan get the conversation kicked off about Minnesota, where political activism and high-profile ICE moments have turned the state into a national flashpoint. Is it all becoming too much at once, or is there a better way these situations should be handled moving forward?

Then, the long-awaited Epstein Files finally start going public — and the details are juicy. Photos, celebrity name drops, and plenty of uncomfortable revelations spark a discussion on what actually matters, what doesn’t, and how to separate facts from speculation.

Plus, the guys break down what the right amount of body fat really is, react to how the U.S. government and IndyCar seemingly pulled a Washington, D.C. race out of thin air for America’s 250th birthday, and wrap things up with some pure nostalgia — why running a PlayStation 2 emulator on your PC is elite, especially when it means firing up WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007.

  • 189 - Was 2025 That Wacky? Recap (kind of)
    Jan 7 2026

Mario and Bryan kick off 2026 the only way they know how: with a full-on banger of a podcast episode. The guys look back on a wild 2025 in their personal lives, from health journeys, love, and surgeries to unexpected ancestry revelations that sent them digging into who they really are and where they come from. It’s reflective, honest, and occasionally unhinged—in the best way possible. Can also blame the live show chat (we love our fans).

From there, it’s a full recap of the chaos that was 2025. The Aliens debate the best and worst moments across sports, pop culture, and politics, trying to decide once and for all if last year truly lived up to its “wacky” reputation. And because it wouldn’t be this podcast without some big-picture takes, they peer into the future to ask the real questions: are we headed toward total societal meltdown, how swole will Bryan and Mario get in the gym, is Argentina going back-to-back at the World Cup, or is there a long-awaited Detroit Red Wings return to the NHL Playoffs? Buckle up—2026 starts here.

  • 188 - Did the Trump Dance Curse the Upcoming World Cup?
    Dec 12 2025

The 2026 World Cup group stage draw happened in Washington D.C., and somehow FIFA managed to turn a simple ping-pong ball ceremony into an overcaffeinated stage show. This week, Mario and Bryan break down the whole thing, from the dramatic lighting, the interesting musical performance of YMCA, and the part no one asked for: Donald Trump dancing awkwardly on stage and receiving a medal for absolutely no stated reason.

The boys go through each group with their trademark mix of insight, roasting, and “this will age badly” predictions, along with calling out the favorites, the frauds, and the dark horses that everyone will pretend they believed in from the start.

Then Mario drops some big news: he’s officially entering a major sim race on the digital Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Hopping on a grid featuring potential real-world drivers, media personalities, and that one team that named themselves after a cursed “67” meme, Mario is prepping to wheel an alien-liveried rocket ship around IMS. The existential question: Is his “sponsor” actually okay with their logo being slapped onto a car that’s going to be seen by a live online audience?

From the absurdity in D.C. to the chaos ahead on the pitch, as well as Bryan surviving the stress of watching his co-host try not to lawn-dart himself into the SAFER barrier, this episode delivers all the energy, sarcasm, and excitement Mario & Bryan are known for.
