    Because when you give all the credit away, you also give away your confidence, your identity, and your belief in your ability to maintain your progress long term.


    I talk about why this mindset can create dependency, how it disconnects you from your habits, and why remembering your full toolbox matters more than ever.


    You are still making decisions. You are still showing up. You are still building something.


    The medication can support you, but it is not you.
