    Brendan is an amazing guy who has taken the adversity and hardship that came with the deaths of two close friends (in quick succession) and created a platform for leading, coaching and inspiring people of all ages to build their mental fitness and resilience.

    We have a wide-ranging discussion about hardship, loss, support and the things we can all do to weather the storm and begin to build strength. The all-important message that we are not alone, and even when it feels like there is no light left, there always is, you have just lost sight of it for a minute.
