We all have to face disappointment at some point in our lives, maybe you’ve been left disappointed by other people, you actually feel disappointed with yourself and, for some people, you might have felt disappointed with God.

Disappointment is a pretty natural emotion. Today we take some time to consider the impact that it can have and look for ways that we can face up to disappointment, learn from it and be able to help others.

Our society seems fairly hard-wired towards self-focus. There can be a lot of positives with this, self awareness and self care are essential, but the danger we face is when self focus tips in to self-centeredness. Choosing to be kind becomes a challenge to that mentality.

Today we take some time to think about kindness and how we sometimes have to be prepared to lose in order for there to be a greater win.

We really hope this is thought provoking and a little inspiring.
