ADAZ honey works with small and mid-size local bee keepers to bring their fresh and delicious honey to local consumers. Working with family isn't always easy, but having different people with different strengths and opinions is extremely beneficial to the success of the business. Brenda moved to America from Mexico as a child, and has always felt extreme gratitude for the opportunity to live here. After learning English at a young age, she felt the need to help others out who couldn't speak as fluently, and became a translator and interpreter.

Cole spent over a decade overseas in the military and as a contractor, where he learned a lot of leadership and management skills.

These skills, along with the desire to do something that he loved, led Cole down the road of purchasing a business. After doing a lot of due diligence, Cole found a business he liked and immediately started making changes.
