It's been 10 years since the disappearance of Beijing-bound Malaysia Airlines flight 370.

The flight reached its cruising altitude of 35,000 feet and after that the aircraft stopped communicating, then vanished from radar when it made an unexpected turn to the west.

It has remained one of the modern era’s greatest mysteries.

This week Israel's government voted to back a deal securing the release of at least 50 hostages held by Hamas will be released in exchange for some 150 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails, and there will be a four-day pause in the fighting.
