About this listen

How do I create more time? How do I get organized so I can finally relax and enjoy my life? How do I improve my energy? How do I ask for help? How can I be more patient with my kids? How can I be more present? How can I find time for self-care? How do I help my child who is struggling with his/her mental health? How do I make time for a girl’s night out? How can I find balance in my life? How can I improve communication with my spouse? If you’ve ever asked yourself (or Google) any of these questions, then this show is for you!

The Mom-entum podcast aims to serve overwhelmed Moms who struggle to find balance. It’s a place for Moms to find solutions to problems and get support all along the way. As they say, “it takes a village”. Many of us feel like where is the village? We feel like we have no help. We feel like we must do it alone. And although we are never alone, we can’t even go to the bathroom without a kid infringing on our privacy, we ironically feel so lonely at times.

The Mom-entum podcast bypasses the small talk and gets right into the real struggles Moms face every day. We talk to real moms who are deep in the trenches as well as the ones who have been there and have come to share what they’ve learned along the way. Each week, I’ll introduce new ways of thinking and discuss tangible, actionable tools that you can implement to simplify your life and promote peace and joy in your home. Go from treading water to finally finding your flow in motherhood.Copyright 2025 All rights reserved.

  • If Every Decision Feels Heavy, Listen to This
    Feb 4 2026

If every decision feels heavy, this episode is for you.

From what to make for dinner… to whether you should say yes or finally say no… to the bigger choices you’ve been mulling over for days, weeks, or even months—decision-making can feel mentally exhausting.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in your head, nothing has gone wrong.

In this episode of The Mom-entum Podcast, we’re talking about why decision-making feels so hard (especially for moms), how decision fatigue is quietly draining your time and energy, and why indecision is often more exhausting than making the “wrong” choice.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why overwhelm isn’t caused by having too much to do—but by decision fatigue

    • How making decisions actually saves time, builds confidence, and increases productivity

    • Why confidence doesn’t come before decisions—it’s created by them

    • A simple mindset shift that makes decisions feel lighter and easier

    • How to stop overthinking and start moving forward with clarity

I’m also sharing a practical decision-making framework you can start using right away—plus a free companion worksheet designed to help you get decisions out of your head and onto paper, so you can stop looping and move forward with confidence.

If you’ve been feeling mentally tired, behind, or distracted because you’re carrying too many open decisions, this episode will feel like a deep exhale.

🎧 Listen in—and be sure to download the Decision-Making Worksheet here to apply what you learn immediately.

Clarity comes after the decision. You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to decide.

Your mind won’t shut off. The to-do list never ends. You’re carrying the mental load for everyone… and you’re exhausted.

If you’ve tried time management tips, productivity hacks, or “just get more disciplined” advice — and none of it has actually helped — this episode is for you.

Because overwhelm isn’t a personal failure. It’s not laziness. And it’s not because you’re doing life wrong.

In this episode, we get to the real cure for overwhelm — what it actually is, what causes it, and the simple shifts that bring immediate relief.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why overwhelm comes from your thinking and decision fatigue • How to reduce the mental load without doing less or lowering your standards • Practical ways to delete, delegate, and simplify your life • How to stop your brain from spiraling and start feeling calm and in control again • Why routines and boundaries create freedom — not rigidity

This is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about finally making life feel lighter.

If you’re a growth-minded mom who wants clarity, peace, and confidence — and you’re ready to stop surviving and start feeling grounded again — press play.

  • How to Stop Blocking What You're Trying to Create
    Jan 21 2026

You’ve asked. You’ve believed. So why does it still feel like what you want isn’t showing up? This episode reveals the most overlooked step in manifestation: receiving.

In this episode of The Mom-entum Podcast, we’re talking about why so many of us unknowingly block the very things we’re trying to create.

    If you’ve ever:

    • Self-sabotaged right when things were going well

    • Felt uncomfortable with ease, success, or praise

    • Struggled to accept help without guilt

    • Or wondered why manifestation “isn’t working” for you

This conversation will change the way you see it.

    Inside this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why receiving often feels harder than asking or believing

    • How your nervous system “thermostat” drives self-sabotage

    • The difference between aligned action and control

    • Why ease can feel unsafe—and how to stop waiting for the other shoe to drop

    • Practical ways to raise your capacity to receive without hustling or forcing

This episode closes out our Month of Manifestation series and brings the full creative process together: Ask. Believe. Receive.

Because manifestation isn’t about wanting more—it’s about feeling safe having what you desire.

If you’re ready to stop blocking what you’re trying to create and start allowing it to land, press play. 🎧
