About this listen

Welcome to The Momsense Podcast with Molly + Meg! Momsense is the podcast where two longtime friends, Molly and Megan, discuss motherhood, mental load, and the general highs & lows of life. Through authentic conversations and occasional sidebars, we share our experiences and explore our (very subjective) opinions on raising kids while trying to maintain our own sense of self along the way. Think of Momsense as your weekly dose of relatable motherhood nonsense. • Is Childhood Even Fun Anymore?!: Discussing The Early Days Of 90’s Kids + Pompe Family Meet Up & Parents Night Out
    Oct 29 2025

In their last episode before the holiday break, Molly shares the mental gymnastics of prepping for “flight survival” with a 13-month-old, while gearing up for her upcoming vacation. Meanwhile, Megan opens up about her discomfort with typical dance attire before recapping her weekend at the Pompe Family Meet-Up.

When it comes to what they did for themselves, Molly and her husband enjoyed a well-deserved night out celebrating close friends, and Megan attended an inspiring session by the women of Making Lemon Cake—a heartfelt discussion about finding joy amidst the emotional challenges of managing a child's medical complexities.

This week’s main topic? A nostalgic (and hilarious) look at the stark differences between childhood in the ’90s and growing up today. From the thrill of seeing your crush pop up on MSN Messenger to those legendary unsupervised mall trips, the ladies ask the question: Is childhood even fun anymore?

We hope you enjoyed Season 1 of The Momsense Podcast! We cannot wait to come back from Season 2 in January.

  • The Momsense Rendition Of Kanye’s Betrayal List
    Oct 22 2025

This week on The Momsense Podcast, Molly and Megan kick things off by announcing an end to the podcast… for season 1 that is. The ladies are taking a well-deserved break to enjoy the holidays with their families, and will return with some exciting enhancements in early January.

Okay, okay! Let’s get to the updates. Molly and Meg come with a mutual update—because believe it or not, the girls actually saw each other twice this week (with their friend Bri in tow!). As for individual updates, Molly finally won in her Fantasy League, and Megan is prepping for a weekend away.

When it comes to what they did for themselves, Molly called in reinforcements—sometimes you just need an extra set of hands so you can tackle those urgent to-dos without a toddler attached to your hip. Meanwhile, Megan enjoyed some uninterrupted one-on-one time with Penny, and it was exactly the kind of soul-filling moment every seudo-aunt needs.

Then, the ladies dive into this week’s main topic: their very own take on the Kanye Betrayal List. From adorable yet questionably designed baby clothes to the cruel reality of health insurance, Molly and Meg unpack the many things they feel personally wronged by. It’s an episode worth tuning in for—because if there’s one thing these two can bring the energy for, it’s a good-natured vent session.
