    We discuss the recent Southwark Playhouse Elephant production of the new musical "Hot Mess" by Jack Godfrey and Ellie Coote,

    After a billion years of bad dates, Earth has finally found the one… Humanity. Sparks fly. Technology flourishes. Wheat is harvested. But what begins as a passionate love affair between the universe’s most iconic couple quickly descends into a hot mess.

    We discuss the show in three 'acts'. First we focus on music, lyrics and book, then performances, and finally production.

    Other reviews include: The Twits on Netflix, Black Power Desk at Brixton House, Love Quirks at the Other Palace Studio, Get Down Tonight: The KC and the Sunshine Band Musical at Charing Cross Theatre, and 50 First Dates The Musical at The Other Palace.
