The Nihilist Field Guide is a podcast hosted by Kaitlyn Larrosa; Working-Class student of Architecture, Law, Design, Technology, Philosophy with aspirations of A Doctorate in Medicine and Chemistry. A path forged from Oblivion.

The Nihilist Field was designed as the blueprint to the questions of What brings us Hope, Happiness and Ultimately: What it means to be Human. Interviewing Key people: friends and family, mentors and inspirations. That all helped me Stay Alive for Five long years..

Every episode is set to have a partner episode five a years from the first. In an effort to how our image of self, of what we know is built by the lives we touch, and those who enter your life.

With Mini interviews conducted with all walks of life. From Baristas, to Lyft Backseat rides from Work, School and Home. Asking questions in “The Search for Happiness.” Within every episode.

A thesis in a new Philosophy coined by Larrosa: “Exiseurlism.” Explorations of life through the combined lens of Absurdism, Existentialism, Nihilism and Lila; meaning: “Devine Cosmic Play” accumulate to bring peace to a war waged mind. A frequent as possible, always Curious.

  • My Everything, My Lizzy Fogg
    Feb 14 2026

When I first brought lizzy to my house I remember her looking around the room and asking “What the Podcast?” And I was so shocked. Unknowing it’d written all over the walls, in chalk and in the media I was reading at the time. I was trying to find a voice. And the first person to ask that question without me telling them was lizzy Fogg, the only person in the world who knows me better than I know me.

i love you Lizzy, you’ve been so kind to me. I only hope to do the same. As long as you’ll have me! Happy Valentine’s Day.

Welcome to my show, everything I am. A journey that started long ago. When I tried to rationalize my own existence. Because I believed so truly I didn’t deserve to. Now Five Years later. I’m set to see it to the end.
