  • Original Script Series | Part 2
    Jul 10 2026

Welcome back to Part 2 of my original screenplay reading! Before we jump in, I have a couple of quick notes.

🔊 The audio in this episode is a little quieter than usual, so you may want to turn your volume up for the best listening experience.

📖 During the screenplay reading, the mother's name is Cathy and the father's name is Donovan, just in case you need a reminder while following along.

Thank you so much for listening and supporting this series. I hope you enjoy Part 2, and I'd love to hear your thoughts after you've listened!

  • A Different Side of Me: Film, Writing & Creativity
    Jun 19 2026

In this episode of The POTS Perspective, I'm sharing a different side of myself.

Although I often talk about life with POTS, I'm also a film student and aspiring storyteller. Surprisingly, I didn't grow up obsessed with movies. It wasn't until COVID that I discovered a love for filmmaking by watching documentaries about how movies are made and learning about all the incredible people who bring stories to life.

In this episode, I share how a music video I created in high school helped me choose film over cooking, how I fell in love with storytelling, and why writing has become such an important creative outlet for me. Plus, I'm giving you a sneak peek into the screenplay I'm currently working on by reading a short excerpt.

Whether you're passionate about film, writing, or simply discovering new parts of yourself, I hope this episode inspires you to pursue what you love.

✨ Thanks for listening to The POTS Perspective!

  • A Full Day of Volunteering with POTS: What Helped Me Get Through It
    Jun 5 2026

Recently, I volunteered backstage at a dance show from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. As someone with POTS, a long day like that takes a lot of planning and preparation.

In this episode, I'm sharing exactly what I packed, how I stayed hydrated, the foods that helped me, how I managed symptoms during a hectic day of quick changes, and what I did afterward to recover.

If you have POTS, dysautonomia, or another chronic illness and have a busy day coming up, I hope these tips help you feel a little more prepared.

What is one thing you always bring with you on a long day? 🤍
