  • #29 What Gets Tracked Gets Managed | Feat. Always Sapien
    Sep 9 2024
I'm back after a break, and this time I’m joined by my personal trainer, Always Sapien – a guy known for his unconventional methods but incredible results. Trust me, he's a bit crazy, but that’s exactly how he pushes his clients, including myself, to achieve some amazing transformations.

In this episode, we dive into his journey into the fitness world and the origin of his unique name, "Always Sapien." We also talk about the jaw-dropping challenge he’s taken on: going from 115kg to 90kg in just 4 months using his own system – proving that with the right knowledge and dedication, anything is possible.

On top of that, we break down my personal fitness journey with him, and I get him to reveal my progress so far (yes, no holding back!). You won’t want to miss this honest conversation about fitness, discipline, and results.

    Follow him on Instagram @Always.Sapien.

  • #28 The Importance Of Trusting Your Own Voice
    Feb 7 2024
Today Tunji spoke about the importance of living your own life, and not living your life based on the opinions of others, even your parents. He spoke about why you should disobey your parents, and how it could lead to growth that you might have not reached otherwise.

Listen to people that have the results that you want for your life. You cant expect someone who has never made €1m to teach you how to make €1m, it doesn't make sense, understand that a lot of the time the only thing that differentiates you from you parents is a few numbers, they are figuring things out just like you and they don't have all the answers, yes they spent more time on the earth, but not necessarily having more experience in the areas that will be of benefit to you.

Trusting your own voice and opinion is such an important element of personal growth, and you deserve to find your own voice. one thing that older people were asked before they died, their regrets were mostly "not being true to myself" or "Listening to the opinions of others"

  • #27 You Reap What You Sow
    Jan 29 2024
Today, Tunji was talking about the value in planting the seeds of your time/attention or service to those around you without asking for anything in return. Be the best friend you can, by giving time resouces etc.

He also spoke about the value of being of value to people who really dont need you or what you provide, luckily he is in a position where he has direct access to successful business owners but just having the connection is useless if you don't be a person of value to these people, you have to find a way to become as useful as you can before EVER asking for anything in return, you being in their presence is more than you could provide them.

Moral of the Story is GIVE, GIVE, GIVE, GIVE some more, GIVE again and sprinkle some more GIVING on top of that, with a side of GIVING and pair all that with a tall glass of GIVING and maybe, just maybe you can then ASK for something. God bless ;)
